Day 1 >
You will be received at the Queen Alia Int’l airport by our tour representative and will be checked into the spacious hotel and spend the rest of the day with leisure.
Day 2 >
On the first day break, just after breakfast, we will take you ona city tour of Amman,, which is the current and ancient capital of Jordan, visit both the old (Amphitheatre, Citadel and Souq) and new parts of the city, and continue to the Dead Sea, which is the lowest point on the surface of the earth, you could take a dip in its waters for a very unusual experience, or opt for a Spa treatment, with Dead Sea mud and minerals. Back to Hotel for Dinner.
Day 3 >
We will be visiting Decapolis city of Jerash , considered as one of the largest cities of Roman architecture, and still it is well preserved. Our next visit is Pella, Lying in a picturesque area of North West Jordan. The ruins of Pella, an ancient city inhabited as early as 5000 B.C., structures still visible are the West Church, the main Mound, the Church Complex, the Theatre, the Baths, East Church and a Byzantine Fort .The City of Umm Qais overlooks the Golan Heights and the Sea of Galilee, where it is reputed to have the oldest Olive trees in the region. We will be having Dinner at Amman Hotel.
Day 4 >
On the following day we will take you to visit the places of QasrAmra-best known of the desert castles built in the 8 th century by Umayyad Caliph, QasrKharaneh- A well preserved Umayyad Castle which consists of 61 rooms in 2 level and court yards, QasrAzrak-Is a large fortress located in Eastern Jordan and is more known for the connection in ‘Lawrence of Arabia’ written in his book as ‘Seven Pillars of Wisdom’. With the exception of Azraq which was built by the Romans, most castles in this area were built or taken over by the Damascus based Umayyad rulers in the late 7th and early 7th centuries. Finally after the visit to Um Al Jemal , we will be back to Amman for Dinner.
Day 5 >
Breakfast, Madaba, known as City of Mosaic is only 30 Km. south of Amman, this lovely town is home to St.Georges Church which houses the Madaba Map, a 6th century Byzantine Mosaic Map showing ancient Palestine, Egypt, Jerusalem and other holy sites, Mount Nebo the most revered site in Jordan, Mount Nebo is presumed to be the site of Mosess death and burial place, on a clear day, Mount Nebo offers breath taking view of the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and rooftops of Jerusalem and Bethlehem. Karak Castle visit, Positioned on the routes of the ancient caravans that used to travel from Egypt to Syria, Kerak Castle, in its days, was a strategic asset of great importance due to its impressive defence fortifications and commanding position 1000 meters above the Dead Sea Valley Dinner will be taken at Petra Hotel.
Day 6 >
Breakfast, Full day tour to Petra, is more known for its rock cut architecture, has become the most famous tourist site in Jordan., Petra is the ancient capital of the Nabataens who built their city by Carving magnificent buildings & tombs from the towering , red-rose rock wall . Overnight stay at Petra.
Day 7 >
Breakfast, Wadi Rum, one of the worlds most outstanding desert landscapes, colourful hills and canyons , and challenging climbs for novices or serious hikers, One can tour Rums attractions including Lawrence of Arabias well, by four wheel drive vehicles & foot. Your unforgettable tour of Jordan comes to a close with Dinner at Petra.
Day 8 >
After a scrumptious Breakfast at Amman Hotel, we will see you off at Queen Alia International Airport wishing you a safe journey back home.
